OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

  • All entries must be received by March 14, 2010 in order to qualify.  Any entry received after that date will not be considered.  Entries must be legible and contai ALL requested information.  Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries.  All entries, photos and the copyrights thereto become the property of Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged.
  • Upon acceptance of their prize the Grand Prize Winner and the Runners Up agree to participate in a before and after photo session.  Winners agree to sign a model, photo and liability Release Form.  Failure to sign this release form will result in their prize being awarded to an alternate winner.
  • Winners agree that photos and entry submission may be used by Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. in varying media including but not limited to print, Internet and television advertising.  Winners agree to the use of their name, likeness and entry letter, without any additional compensation, by Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. and/or Bruce E. Carter Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
  • While the winners' personal preferences, profession and lifestyle will be taken into consideration, winners agree to creatively change or alter their hair and/or make-up as the Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. staff, in its professional opinion, sees fit. 
  • Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. and Bruce E. Carter Family & Cosmetic Dentistry are released from any and all claims of liability.
  • Prize winners must receive their services by April 30, 2010.  If a winner is unable to fulfill their prize during the specified time period, their prize will be forfeited.
  • If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the conclusion of the contest based on the information provided, or fails to receive their services by the specified date, the potential winner forfeits their prize.  In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
  • All entries will be evaluated by a panel of Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. staff members, and judged on content.  Their decision will be final and binding.  There will be one first place winner chosen, and two runners up.  The winners will be notified no later than March 31, 2010.
  • Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.  Any portion of the prize not accepted will be forfeited.
  • Winning this contest is contingent upon fulfilling all necessary requirements set forth in these rules.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter this contest.
  • Officers, directors, and employees of Joseph's Salon on the Square, Inc. and Bruce E. Carter Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, and their immediate family members or household members (whether or not related), may not be nominated and are not eligible to win the prizes.
